The handshake of women is allowed only If women are mahrams like a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, aunt and wife, then there is nothing wrong with them. If a woman extended the Prophet to shake hands with him, he said: I do not shake hands with women, and 'Aa'ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) never touched a woman's hand. It is not permissible for a man to shake hands with non-mahram women for the two hadiths, because that does not lead to sedition.
