It is communion with the values and attributes that lie beyond the world of the material senses.
For example, it is recognition of the fact that an apple is not just an apple but a reflection or manifestation of compassion, wisdom, artistry and power, all of which belong to the One who made the apple.
These values and attributes are both numberless in quantity and absolute in quality.
To know, love and gravitate towards the Owner of these values and attributes is to express our spirituality: it is an attempt to contact, hold and embrace the ineffable.
