Why is the Pharaoh consigned to the lowest depths of Jahanam (Hell) in Islamic belief?

Why would the Pharaoh would be consigned to the lowest and deepest part of hell. First reason: He was a disbeliever. Second reason: He claimed to be god. Third reason: He was provided with all signs of Allah, yet denied them. Fourth reason: Took granted the mercy of Allah (the 7 calamities) When they denied a message of Musa AS, they got a calamity, they told Musa AS to pray to Allah to to forgive them and when this was over, they went to their bad habits. Fifth reason: Shirk Sixth reason: When his death was near, he then prayed to Allah despite being show so many signs.
