How often does the word ruh (soul/spirit) appear in the Qur'an?

The word ruh (soul/spirit) appears in 52 verses in the Qur'an:

 یٰبَنِیَّ اذۡہَبُوۡا فَتَحَسَّسُوۡا مِنۡ یُّوۡسُفَ وَاَخِیۡہِ وَلَا تَایۡـَٔسُوۡا مِنۡ رَّوۡحِ اللّٰہِ ۖ اِنَّہٗ لَا یَایۡـَٔسُ مِنۡ رَّوۡحِ اللّٰہِ اِلَّا الۡقَوۡمُ الۡکٰفِرُوۡنَ  سورة یُوسُف12:88

O my sons, go you and search for Joseph and his brother and despair not of the mercy of Allah; for none despairs of Allahs mercy save the unbelieving people.

 فَرَوۡحٌ وَّرَیۡحَانٌ وَّجَنَّتُ نَعِیۡمٍ  سورة الواقِعَة56:90

Then for him is comfort and fragrance of happiness and a Garden of Bliss;  

قُلۡ نَزَّلَہٗ رُوۡحُ الۡقُدُسِ مِنۡ رَّبِّکَ بِالۡحَقِّ لِیُثَبِّتَ الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا وَہُدًی وَّبُشۡرٰی لِلۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ  سورة النّحل16:103

Say, The Spirit of holiness has brought it down from thy Lord with truth, that He may strengthen those who believe, and as a guidance and glad tidings for Muslims.  

فَاِذَا سَوَّیۡتُہٗ وَنَفَخۡتُ فِیۡہِ مِنۡ رُّوۡحِیۡ فَقَعُوۡا لَہٗ سٰجِدِیۡنَ  سورة الحِجر15:30

So when I have fashioned him in perfection and have breathed into him of My Spirit, fall you down in submission to him.

 تَنَزَّلُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ وَالرُّوۡحُ فِیۡہَا بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّہِمۡ مِّنۡ کُلِّ اَمۡرٍ  سورة القَدر

97:5 Therein descend angels and the Spirit by the command of their Lord — with every matter.  

فَاِذَا سَوَّیۡتُہٗ وَنَفَخۡتُ فِیۡہِ مِنۡ رُّوۡحِیۡ فَقَعُوۡا لَہٗ سٰجِدِیۡنَ  سورة صٓ38:73

And so when I have fashioned him in perfection, and have breathed into him of My Spirit, fall you down in submission to him.

 تَعۡرُجُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ وَالرُّوۡحُ اِلَیۡہِ فِیۡ یَوۡمٍ کَانَ مِقۡدَارُہٗ خَمۡسِیۡنَ اَلۡفَ سَنَۃٍ  سورة المعَارج

70:5 The angels and the Spirit ascend to Him in a day the measure of which is fifty thousand years.

 وَالَّتِیۡۤ اَحۡصَنَتۡ فَرۡجَہَا فَنَفَخۡنَا فِیۡہَا مِنۡ رُّوۡحِنَا وَجَعَلۡنٰہَا وَابۡنَہَاۤ اٰیَۃً لِّلۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴنبیَاء21:92

And remember her who preserved her chastity; so We breathed into her of Our word and We made her and her son a Sign for peoples.

 فَاتَّخَذَتۡ مِنۡ دُوۡنِہِمۡ حِجَابًا فَاَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡہَا رُوۡحَنَا فَتَمَثَّلَ لَہَا بَشَرًا سَوِیًّا  سورة مَریَم19:18

And screened herself off from them, then We sent Our angel to her, and he appeared to her in the form of a perfect man.

 ثُمَّ سَوّٰٮہُ وَنَفَخَ فِیۡہِ مِنۡ رُّوۡحِہٖ ۖ وَجَعَلَ لَکُمُ السَّمۡعَ وَالۡاَبۡصٰرَ وَالۡاَفۡئِدَۃَ ۚ قَلِیۡلًا مَّا تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ  سورة السَّجدَة

32:10 Then He fashioned him and breathed into him of His spirit. And He has given you ears, and eyes, and hearts. But little thanks do you give!

 وَمَرۡیَمَ ابۡنَتَ عِمۡرٰنَ الَّتِیۡۤ اَحۡصَنَتۡ فَرۡجَہَا فَنَفَخۡنَا فِیۡہِ مِنۡ رُّوۡحِنَا وَصَدَّقَتۡ بِکَلِمٰتِ رَبِّہَا وَکُتُبِہٖ وَکَانَتۡ مِنَ الۡقٰنِتِیۡنَ  سورة التّحْریم

66:13 And the example of Mary, the daughter of Imran, who guarded her private parts — so We breathed into him of Our Spirit - and she fulfilled in her person the words of her Lord and His Books and was one of the obedient.

 یُنَزِّلُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃَ بِالرُّوۡحِ مِنۡ اَمۡرِہٖ عَلٰی مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِہٖۤ اَنۡ اَنۡذِرُوۡۤا اَنَّہٗ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا۠ فَاتَّقُوۡنِ  سورة النّحل16:3

He sends down the angels with revelation by His command on whomsoever of His servants He pleases saying, Warn people that there is no God but I, so take Me alone for your Protector.

 وَکَذٰلِکَ اَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکَ رُوۡحًا مِّنۡ اَمۡرِنَا ۚ مَا کُنۡتَ تَدۡرِیۡ مَا الۡکِتٰبُ وَلَا الۡاِیۡمٰنُ وَلٰکِنۡ جَعَلۡنٰہُ نُوۡرًا نَّہۡدِیۡ بِہٖ مَنۡ نَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ۚ وَاِنَّکَ لَتَہۡدِیۡۤ اِلٰی صِرٰطٍ مُّسۡتَقِیۡمٍ  سورة الشّوریٰ

42:53 And thus have We revealed to thee the Word by Our command. You didst not know what the Book was, nor what the faith. But We have made it (the revelation) a light, whereby We guide such of Our servants as We please. And truly, You guidest mankind to the right path,

 نَزَلَ بِہِ الرُّوۡحُ الۡاَمِیۡنُ  سورة الشُّعَرَاء26:194

The Spirit, Faithful to the Trust, has descended with it.  

وَیَسۡـَٔلُوۡنَکَ عَنِ الرُّوۡحِ ۖ قُلِ الرُّوۡحُ مِنۡ اَمۡرِ رَبِّیۡ وَمَاۤ اُوۡتِیۡتُمۡ مِّنَ الۡعِلۡمِ اِلَّا قَلِیۡلًا  سورة بنی اسرائیل17:86

And they ask thee concerning the soul. Say, The soul is by the command of my Lord; and of the knowledge thereof you have been given but a little.

 وَفِیۡ عَادٍ اِذۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَیۡہِمُ الرِّیۡحَ الۡعَقِیۡمَ  سورة الذّاریَات51:42

And there was a Sign in the tribe of Ad, when We sent against them the destructive wind.

 وَالۡحَبُّ ذُو الۡعَصۡفِ وَالرَّیۡحَانُ  سورة الرَّحمٰن

55:13 And grain with its husk and fragrant plants.

 وَلَکُمۡ فِیۡہَا جَمَالٌ حِیۡنَ تُرِیۡحُوۡنَ وَحِیۡنَ تَسۡرَحُوۡنَ  سورة النّحل16:7

And in them there is beauty for you when you bring them home in the evening, and when you drive them forth to pasture in the morning.

 وَاَمَّا عَادٌ فَاُہۡلِکُوۡا بِرِیۡحٍ صَرۡصَرٍ عَاتِیَۃٍ  سورة الحَاقَّة69:7

And as for Ad, they were destroyed by a fierce roaring wind,

 وَلَئِنۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا رِیۡحًا فَرَاَوۡہُ مُصۡفَرًّا لَّظَلُّوۡا مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِہٖ یَکۡفُرُوۡنَ  سورة الرُّوم

30:52 And if We sent a wind and they saw it (their harvest) turn yellow, they would certainly, thereafter, begin to deny Our favours.

 وَلَمَّا فَصَلَتِ الۡعِیۡرُ قَالَ اَبُوۡہُمۡ اِنِّیۡ لَاَجِدُ رِیۡحَ یُوۡسُفَ ۖ لَوۡلَاۤ اَنۡ تُفَنِّدُوۡنِ  سورة یُوسُف

12:95 And when the caravan departed, their father said, Surely, I feel the scent of Joseph, even though you take me to be a dotard.

 اِنَّاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَیۡہِمۡ رِیۡحًا صَرۡصَرًا فِیۡ یَوۡمِ نَحۡسٍ مُّسۡتَمِرٍّ  سورة القَمَر54:20

We sent against them a furious wind on a day of unending ill luck,

 وَاَرۡسَلۡنَا الرِّیٰحَ لَوٰقِحَ فَاَنۡزَلۡنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَاَسۡقَیۡنٰکُمُوۡہُ وَمَاۤ اَنۡتُمۡ لَہٗ بِخٰزِنِیۡنَ  سورة الحِجر15:23

And We send impregnating winds, then We send down water from the clouds, then We give it to you to drink; and you are not the ones to store it up.

 وَلِسُلَیۡمٰنَ الرِّیۡحَ غُدُوُّہَا شَہۡرٌ وَّرَوَاحُہَا شَہۡرٌ ۖ وَّاَسَلۡنَا لَہٗ عَیۡنَ الۡقِطۡرِ ۖ وَمِنَ الۡجِنِّ مَنۡ یَّعۡمَلُ بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡہِ بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّہٖ ۖ وَمَنۡ یَّزِغۡ مِنۡہُمۡ عَنۡ اَمۡرِنَا نُذِقۡہُ مِنۡ عَذَابِ السَّعِیۡرِ  سورة سَبَإ

34:13 And to Solomon We subjected the wind; its morning course was a months journey, and its evening course was a months journey too. And We caused a fount of molten copper to flow for him. And of the Jinn were some who worked under him, by the command of his Lord. And We had told them that if any of them turned away from Our command, We would make him taste the punishment of burning fire.

 وَلَقَدۡ اٰتَیۡنَا مُوۡسَی الۡکِتٰبَ وَقَفَّیۡنَا مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِہٖ بِالرُّسُلِ ۖ وَاٰتَیۡنَا عِیۡسَی ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ الۡبَیِّنٰتِ وَاَیَّدۡنٰہُ بِرُوۡحِ الۡقُدُسِ ۗ اَفَکُلَّمَا جَآءَکُمۡ رَسُوۡلٌۢ بِمَا لَا تَہۡوٰۤی اَنۡفُسُکُمُ اسۡتَکۡبَرۡتُمۡ فَفَرِیۡقًا کَذَّبۡتُمۡ وَفَرِیۡقًا تَقۡتُلُوۡنَ  سورة البَقَرَة2:88

And verily, We gave Moses the Book and caused after him Messengers to follow in his footsteps; and to Jesus, son of Mary, We gave manifest Signs, and strengthened him with the Spirit of holiness. Will you then, every time a Messenger comes to you with what you yourselves desire not, behave arrogantly and treat some as liars and slay others?

 فَسَخَّرۡنَا لَہُ الرِّیۡحَ تَجۡرِیۡ بِاَمۡرِہٖ رُخَآءً حَیۡثُ اَصَابَ  سورة صٓ

38:37 So We subjected to him the wind, blowing gently by his command whithersoever he desired to go,

 اَمۡ اَمِنۡتُمۡ اَنۡ یُّعِیۡدَکُمۡ فِیۡہِ تَارَۃً اُخۡرٰی فَیُرۡسِلَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ قَاصِفًا مِّنَ الرِّیۡحِ فَیُغۡرِقَکُمۡ بِمَا کَفَرۡتُمۡ ۙ ثُمَّ لَا تَجِدُوۡا لَکُمۡ عَلَیۡنَا بِہٖ تَبِیۡعًا  سورة بنی اسرائیل

17:70 Or, do you feel secure that He will not send you back therein a second time, and then send against you as a storm-blast, and drown you because of your disbelief? You will then find therein no helper for yourselves against Us.

 وَمِنۡ اٰیٰتِہٖۤ اَنۡ یُّرۡسِلَ الرِّیَاحَ مُبَشِّرٰتٍ وَّلِیُذِیۡقَکُمۡ مِّنۡ رَّحۡمَتِہٖ وَلِتَجۡرِیَ الۡفُلۡکُ بِاَمۡرِہٖ وَلِتَبۡتَغُوۡا مِنۡ فَضۡلِہٖ وَلَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ  سورة الرُّوم30:47

And among His Signs is this, that He sends the winds as bearers of glad tidings and that He may make you taste of His mercy, and that the ships may sail at His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and that you may be grateful.  

وَاَطِیۡعُوا اللّٰہَ وَرَسُوۡلَہٗ وَلَا تَنٰزَعُوۡا فَتَفۡشَلُوۡا وَتَذۡہَبَ رِیۡحُکُمۡ ۖ وَاصۡبِرُوۡۤا ۚ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ مَعَ الصّٰبِرِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴنفَال8:47

And obey Allah and His Messenger and dispute not with one another, lest you falter and your power depart from you. And be steadfast; surely, Allah is with the steadfast.

 ۞ تِلۡکَ الرُّسُلُ فَضَّلۡنَا بَعۡضَہُمۡ عَلٰی بَعۡضٍ ۘ مِّنۡہُمۡ مَّنۡ کَلَّمَ اللّٰہُ ۖ وَرَفَعَ بَعۡضَہُمۡ دَرَجٰتٍ ۚ وَاٰتَیۡنَا عِیۡسَی ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ الۡبَیِّنٰتِ وَاَیَّدۡنٰہُ بِرُوۡحِ الۡقُدُسِ ۗ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ اللّٰہُ مَا اقۡتَتَلَ الَّذِیۡنَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِہِمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡہُمُ الۡبَیِّنٰتُ وَلٰکِنِ اخۡتَلَفُوۡا فَمِنۡہُمۡ مَّنۡ اٰمَنَ وَمِنۡہُمۡ مَّنۡ کَفَرَ ۚ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ اللّٰہُ مَا اقۡتَتَلُوۡا وَلٰکِنَّ اللّٰہَ یَفۡعَلُ مَا یُرِیۡدُ  سورة البَقَرَة

2:254 These Messengers have We exalted, some of them above others: among them there are those to whom Allah spoke; and some of them He exalted by degrees of rank. And We gave Jesus, son of Mary, clear proofs and strengthened him with the Spirit of holiness. And if Allah had so willed, those that came after them would not have fought with one another after clear Signs had come to them; but they did disagree. Of them were some who believed, and of them were some who disbelieved. And if Allah had so willed, they would not have fought with one another; but Allah does what He desires.

 رَفِیۡعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الۡعَرۡشِ یُلۡقِی الرُّوۡحَ مِنۡ اَمۡرِہٖ عَلٰی مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِہٖ لِیُنۡذِرَ یَوۡمَ التَّلَاقِ  سورة المؤمن40:16

He is of most exalted attributes, Lord of the Throne. He sends the Word by His command to whomsoever of His servants He pleases, that He may give warning of the Day of Meeting,

 اِنۡ یَّشَاۡ یُسۡکِنِ الرِّیۡحَ فَیَظۡلَلۡنَ رَوَاکِدَ عَلٰی ظَہۡرِہٖۤ ۚ اِنَّ فِیۡ ذٰلِکَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّکُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَکُوۡرٍ  سورة الشّوریٰ

42:34 If He so will, He can cause the wind to become still so that they become motionless upon the surface thereof — in that, surely, are Signs for every person who is most patient and grateful

  حُنَفَآءَ لِلّٰہِ غَیۡرَ مُشۡرِکِیۡنَ بِہٖ ۚ وَمَنۡ یُّشۡرِکۡ بِاللّٰہِ فَکَاَنَّمَا خَرَّ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَتَخۡطَفُہُ الطَّیۡرُ اَوۡ تَہۡوِیۡ بِہِ الرِّیۡحُ فِیۡ مَکَانٍ سَحِیۡقٍ  سورة الحَجّ22:32

Remaining ever inclined to Allah, not associating anything with Him. And whoso associates anything with Allah, falls, as it were, from a height, and the birds ****** him up, or the wind blows him away to a distant place.

 ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ یُسَیِّرُکُمۡ فِی الۡبَرِّ وَالۡبَحۡرِ ۖ حَتّٰۤی اِذَا کُنۡتُمۡ فِی الۡفُلۡکِ وَجَرَیۡنَ بِہِمۡ بِرِیۡحٍ طَیِّبَۃٍ وَّفَرِحُوۡا بِہَا جَآءَتۡہَا رِیۡحٌ عَاصِفٌ وَّجَآءَہُمُ الۡمَوۡجُ مِنۡ کُلِّ مَکَانٍ وَّظَنُّوۡۤا اَنَّہُمۡ اُحِیۡطَ بِہِمۡ ۙ دَعَوُا اللّٰہَ مُخۡلِصِیۡنَ لَہُ الدِّیۡنَ لَئِنۡ اَنۡجَیۡتَنَا مِنۡ ہٰذِہٖ لَنَکُوۡنَنَّ مِنَ الشّٰکِرِیۡنَ  سورة یُونس

10:23 He it is Who enables you to journey through land and sea until, when you are on board the ships and they sail with them with a fair breeze and they rejoice in it, there overtakes them (the ships) a violent wind and the waves come on them from every side and they think they are encompassed, then they call upon Allah, purifying their deen for Him, saying, If You deliver us from this, we will surely be of the thankful.

 یَوۡمَ یَقُوۡمُ الرُّوۡحُ وَالۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ صَفًّا ۖ لَّا یَتَکَلَّمُوۡنَ اِلَّا مَنۡ اَذِنَ لَہُ الرَّحۡمٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا  سورة النّبَإِ78:39

On the day when the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they shall not speak, except he whom the Gracious God will permit and who will speak only what is right.

 وَلِسُلَیۡمٰنَ الرِّیۡحَ عَاصِفَۃً تَجۡرِیۡ بِاَمۡرِہٖۤ اِلَی الۡاَرۡضِ الَّتِیۡ بٰرَکۡنَا فِیۡہَا ۚ وَکُنَّا بِکُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عٰلِمِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴنبیَاء21:82

And We subjected to Solomon the violent wind. It blew, at his bidding, toward the land which We had blessed. And We have knowledge of all things.

 وَاخۡتِلٰفِ الَّیۡلِ وَالنَّہَارِ وَمَاۤ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰہُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مِنۡ رِّزۡقٍ فَاَحۡیَا بِہِ الۡاَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِہَا وَتَصۡرِیۡفِ الرِّیٰحِ اٰیٰتٌ لِّقَوۡمٍ یَّعۡقِلُوۡنَ  سورة الجَاثیَة

45:6 And in the alternation of night and day, and the provision that Allah sends down from the sky, whereby He quickens the earth after its death, and in the change of the winds, are Signs for a people who try to understand.

 فَلَمَّا رَاَوۡہُ عَارِضًا مُّسۡتَقۡبِلَ اَوۡدِیَتِہِمۡ قَالُوۡا ہٰذَا عَارِضٌ مُّمۡطِرُنَا ۚ بَلۡ ہُوَ مَا اسۡتَعۡجَلۡتُمۡ بِہٖ ۖ رِیۡحٌ فِیۡہَا عَذَابٌ اَلِیۡمٌ  سورة الاٴحقاف46:25

Then, when they saw it coming towards their valleys as a cloud, they said, This is a cloud which will give us rain. Nay, but it is that which you sought to hasten — a wind wherein is a grievous punishment.

 مَّثَلُ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا بِرَبِّہِمۡ ۖ اَعۡمٰلُہُمۡ کَرَمَادِ ۣ اشۡتَدَّتۡ بِہِ الرِّیۡحُ فِیۡ یَوۡمٍ عَاصِفٍ ۖ لَّا یَقۡدِرُوۡنَ مِمَّا کَسَبُوۡا عَلٰی شَیۡءٍ ۚ ذٰلِکَ ہُوَ الضَّلٰلُ الۡبَعِیۡدُ  سورة إبراهیم

14:19 The case of those who disbelieve in their Lord is that their works are like ashes on which the wind blows violently on a stormy day. They shall have no power over what they earned. That, indeed, is extreme ruin.

 فَاَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَیۡہِمۡ رِیۡحًا صَرۡصَرًا فِیۡۤ اَیَّامٍ نَّحِسَاتٍ لِّنُذِیۡقَہُمۡ عَذَابَ الۡخِزۡیِ فِی الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ الۡاٰخِرَۃِ اَخۡزٰی ۖ وَہُمۡ لَا یُنۡصَرُوۡنَ  سورة حٰمٓ السجدہ

41:17 So We sent upon them a furious wind for several ominous days, that We might make them taste the punishment of humiliation in this life. And the punishment of the Hereafter will surely be more humiliating, and they will not be helped.

وَہُوَ الَّذِیۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ الرِّیٰحَ بُشۡرًۢا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡ رَحۡمَتِہٖ ۚ وَاَنۡزَلۡنَا مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً طَہُوۡرًا  سورة الفُرقان25:49 And He it is Who sends the winds as glad tidings before His mercy, and We send down pure water from the sky,  یٰۤاَیُّہَا الَّذِیۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اذۡکُرُوۡا نِعۡمَۃَ اللّٰہِ عَلَیۡکُمۡ اِذۡ جَآءَتۡکُمۡ جُنُوۡدٌ فَاَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَیۡہِمۡ رِیۡحًا وَّجُنُوۡدًا لَّمۡ تَرَوۡہَا ۚ وَکَانَ اللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُوۡنَ بَصِیۡرًا  سورة الاٴحزَاب

33:10 O you who believe! remember the favour of Allah on you when there came down upon you hosts, and We sent against them a wind and hosts that you saw not. And Allah sees what you do.  

وَاللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡۤ اَرۡسَلَ الرِّیٰحَ فَتُثِیۡرُ سَحَابًا فَسُقۡنٰہُ اِلٰی بَلَدٍ مَّیِّتٍ فَاَحۡیَیۡنَا بِہِ الۡاَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِہَا ۚ کَذٰلِکَ النُّشُوۡرُ  سورة فَاطِر35:10

And Allah it is Who sends the winds which raise the clouds; then do We drive them to a lifeless tract of land, and quicken thereby the earth after its death. Likewise shall the Resurrection be.

 اِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰہُ یٰعِیۡسَی ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ اذۡکُرۡ نِعۡمَتِیۡ عَلَیۡکَ وَعَلٰی وٰلِدَتِکَ اِذۡ اَیَّدتُّکَ بِرُوۡحِ الۡقُدُسِ تُکَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِی الۡمَہۡدِ وَکَہۡلًا ۖ وَّاِذۡ عَلَّمۡتُکَ الۡکِتٰبَ وَالۡحِکۡمَۃَ وَالتَّوۡرٰٮۃَ وَالۡاِنۡجِیۡلَ ۖ وَاِذۡ تَخۡلُقُ مِنَ الطِّیۡنِ کَہَیۡـَٔۃِ الطَّیۡرِ بِاِذۡنِیۡ فَتَنۡفُخُ فِیۡہَا فَتَکُوۡنُ طَیۡرًۢا بِاِذۡنِیۡ ۖ وَتُبۡرِئُ الۡاَکۡمَہَ وَالۡاَبۡرَصَ بِاِذۡنِیۡ ۖ وَاِذۡ تُخۡرِجُ الۡمَوۡتٰی بِاِذۡنِیۡ ۖ وَاِذۡ کَفَفۡتُ بَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرٰٓءِیۡلَ عَنۡکَ اِذۡ جِئۡتَہُمۡ بِالۡبَیِّنٰتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مِنۡہُمۡ اِنۡ ہٰذَاۤ اِلَّا سِحۡرٌ مُّبِیۡنٌ  سورة المَائدة

5:111 When Allah will say, O Jesus, son of Mary, remember My favour upon thee and upon thy mother; when I strengthened thee with the Spirit of holiness so that You didst speak to the people in the cradle and in middle age; and when I taught thee the Book and Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when You didst fashion a creation out of clay, in the likeness of a bird, by My command; then You didst breathe into it a new spirit and it became a soaring being by My command; and You didst heal the night-blind and the leprous by My command; and when You didst raise the dead by My command; and when I restrained the children of Israel from putting thee to death when You didst come to them with clear Signs; and those who disbelieved from among them said, This is nothing but clear deception.

 یٰۤاَہۡلَ الۡکِتٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُوۡا فِیۡ دِیۡنِکُمۡ وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا عَلَی اللّٰہِ اِلَّا الۡحَقَّ ۚ اِنَّمَا الۡمَسِیۡحُ عِیۡسَی ابۡنُ مَرۡیَمَ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰہِ وَکَلِمَتُہٗۤ اَلۡقٰٮہَاۤ اِلٰی مَرۡیَمَ وَرُوۡحٌ مِّنۡہُ ۖ فَاٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ وَرُسُلِہٖ ۖ وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا ثَلٰثَۃٌ ۚ اِنۡتَہُوۡا خَیۡرًا لَّکُمۡ ۚ اِنَّمَا اللّٰہُ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۖ سُبۡحٰنَہٗۤ اَنۡ یَّکُوۡنَ لَہٗ وَلَدٌ ۘ لَّہٗ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ ۗ وَکَفٰی بِاللّٰہِ وَکِیۡلًا  سورة النِّسَاء

4:172 O People of the Book, exceed not the limits in your deen, and say not of Allah anything but the truth. Verily, the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was only a Messenger of Allah and a fulfilment of His word which He sent down to Mary, and a mercy from Him. So believe in Allah and His Messengers, and say not They are three. Desist, it will be better for you. Verily, Allah is the only One God. Far is it from His Holiness that He should have a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. And sufficient is Allah as a Guardian.

 لَّا تَجِدُ قَوۡمًا یُّؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِاللّٰہِ وَالۡیَوۡمِ الۡاٰخِرِ یُوَآدُّوۡنَ مَنۡ حَآدَّ اللّٰہَ وَرَسُوۡلَہٗ وَلَوۡ کَانُوۡۤا اٰبَآءَہُمۡ اَوۡ اَبۡنَآءَہُمۡ اَوۡ اِخۡوٰنَہُمۡ اَوۡ عَشِیۡرَتَہُمۡ ۚ اُولٰٓئِکَ کَتَبَ فِیۡ قُلُوۡبِہِمُ الۡاِیۡمٰنَ وَاَیَّدَہُمۡ بِرُوۡحٍ مِّنۡہُ ۖ وَیُدۡخِلُہُمۡ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِیۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِہَا الۡاَنۡہٰرُ خٰلِدِیۡنَ فِیۡہَا ۚ رَضِیَ اللّٰہُ عَنۡہُمۡ وَرَضُوۡا عَنۡہُ ۚ اُولٰٓئِکَ حِزۡبُ اللّٰہِ ۚ اَلَاۤ اِنَّ حِزۡبَ اللّٰہِ ہُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ  سورة المجَادلة

58:23 You will not find any people who believe in Allah and the Last Day loving those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even though they be their fathers, or their sons or their brethren, or their kindred. These are they in whose hearts Allah has inscribed true faith and whom He has strengthened with inspiration from Himself. And He will make them enter Gardens through which streams flow. Therein will they abide. Allah is well pleased with them, and they are well pleased with Him. They are Allahs party. Hearken you O people! it is Allahs party who will be successful.

 اَمَّنۡ یَّہۡدِیۡکُمۡ فِیۡ ظُلُمٰتِ الۡبَرِّ وَالۡبَحۡرِ وَمَنۡ یُّرۡسِلُ الرِّیٰحَ بُشۡرًۢا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡ رَحۡمَتِہٖۤ ۗ اَءِلٰہٌ مَّعَ اللّٰہِ ۚ تَعٰلَی اللّٰہُ عَمَّا یُشۡرِکُوۡنَ  سورة النَّمل

27:64 Or, Who guides you in every kind of darkness of the land and of the sea, and Who sends the winds as glad tidings before His mercy? Is there a God besides Allah? Exalted is Allah above what they associate with Him.

 اَللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡ یُرۡسِلُ الرِّیٰحَ فَتُثِیۡرُ سَحَابًا فَیَبۡسُطُہٗ فِی السَّمَآءِ کَیۡفَ یَشَآءُ وَیَجۡعَلُہٗ کِسَفًا فَتَرَی الۡوَدۡقَ یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلٰلِہٖ ۖ فَاِذَاۤ اَصَابَ بِہٖ مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِہٖۤ اِذَا ہُمۡ یَسۡتَبۡشِرُوۡنَ  سورة الرُّوم

30:49 It is Allah Who sends the winds so that they raise a cloud. Then He spreads it in the sky as He pleases and places it layer upon layer and You seest the rain issuing forth from its midst. And when He causes it to fall on whom He pleases of His servants, behold! they rejoice;

 وَاضۡرِبۡ لَہُمۡ مَّثَلَ الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا کَمَآءٍ اَنۡزَلۡنٰہُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَاخۡتَلَطَ بِہٖ نَبَاتُ الۡاَرۡضِ فَاَصۡبَحَ ہَشِیۡمًا تَذۡرُوۡہُ الرِّیٰحُ ۗ وَکَانَ اللّٰہُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ مُّقۡتَدِرًا  سورة الکهف

18:46 And set forth to them the similitude of the life of this world: it is like the water which We send down from the sky, and the vegetation of the earth is mingled with it, and then it becomes dry grass broken into pieces which the winds scatter. And Allah has power over every thing.

 مَثَلُ مَا یُنۡفِقُوۡنَ فِیۡ ہٰذِہِ الۡحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنۡیَا کَمَثَلِ رِیۡحٍ فِیۡہَا صِرٌّ اَصَابَتۡ حَرۡثَ قَوۡمٍ ظَلَمُوۡۤا اَنۡفُسَہُمۡ فَاَہۡلَکَتۡہُ ۚ وَمَا ظَلَمَہُمُ اللّٰہُ وَلٰکِنۡ اَنۡفُسَہُمۡ یَظۡلِمُوۡنَ  سورة آل عِمرَان

3:118 The likeness of what they spend for the present life is as the likeness of a wind wherein there is intense cold which smites the harvest of a people who have wronged themselves, and destroys it. And Allah has not wronged them, but they wrong themselves.

 وَہُوَ الَّذِیۡ یُرۡسِلُ الرِّیٰحَ بُشۡرًۢا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡ رَحۡمَتِہٖ ۖ حَتّٰۤی اِذَاۤ اَقَلَّتۡ سَحَابًا ثِقَالًا سُقۡنٰہُ لِبَلَدٍ مَّیِّتٍ فَاَنۡزَلۡنَا بِہِ الۡمَآءَ فَاَخۡرَجۡنَا بِہٖ مِنۡ کُلِّ الثَّمَرٰتِ ۚ کَذٰلِکَ نُخۡرِجُ الۡمَوۡتٰی لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَذَکَّرُوۡنَ  سورة الاٴعرَاف

7:58 And He it is Who sends the winds as glad tidings before His mercy, till, when they bear a heavy cloud, We drive it to a dead land, then We send down water therefrom, and We bring forth therewith fruits of every kind. In like manner do We bring forth the dead that you may remember.

 اِنَّ فِیۡ خَلۡقِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ وَاخۡتِلٰفِ الَّیۡلِ وَالنَّہَارِ وَالۡفُلۡکِ الَّتِیۡ تَجۡرِیۡ فِی الۡبَحۡرِ بِمَا یَنۡفَعُ النَّاسَ وَمَاۤ اَنۡزَلَ اللّٰہُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مِنۡ مَّآءٍ فَاَحۡیَا بِہِ الۡاَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِہَا وَبَثَّ فِیۡہَا مِنۡ کُلِّ دَآبَّۃٍ وَّتَصۡرِیۡفِ الرِّیٰحِ وَالسَّحَابِ الۡمُسَخَّرِ بَیۡنَ السَّمَآءِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ یَّعۡقِلُوۡنَ  سورة البَقَرَة

2:165 Verily, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and in the alternation of night and day, and in the ships which sail in the sea with that which profits men, and in the water which Allah sends down from the sky and quickens therewith the earth after its death and scatters therein all kinds of beasts, and in the change of the winds, and the clouds pressed into service between the heaven and the earth — are indeed Signs for the people who understand.
