Yasir Qadhi often makes errors in his research. Another answer addresses some issues relating to his seerah here where he is misunderstanding previous seerah or copying and pasting parts uncritically.
He is also not very reliable when it comes to relating sound hadiths. Here is an example of him quoting a fabricated story that has no basis yet claiming it is authentic/true by suggesting it to be famous and appearing in many scholarly books - no book of history, seerah or hadith mentions this story.
Around 42:50, he mentions a story between Abdullah ibn al-Zubair and Muawiyah regarding a land related dispute.
