They are, in order of when married: Khadijah bt. Khuwaylid Al Asadiyyah Sawdah bt. Zam'ah A'ishah bt. Abi Bakr Hafsah bt. Umar Zaynab bt. Khuzaymah Umm Salamah Hind bt. Ummayah Zaynab bt. Jahsh Juwayriyyah bt. Al Harith Safiyyah bt. Huyay b. Akhtab Umm Habibah Ramlah bt. Abi Sufyan Maymunah bt. Al Haarith A nice way to remember them is by memorising this line of poetry: خَليلي سَبَتْ عَقْلي حُلاَ زَين هالة ....... زَهَى جَفْنَها رَمْزًا صحيحًا مُهذَّبًا The first letter of each word in this line corresponds to the first letter in each wife's name. هذا وصل اللهم على محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم
