How often does the word ilah (god) appear in the Qur'an?

There are 67 verses that contain the word ilah in the Qur'an.  اِلٰہِ النَّاسِ  سورة النَّاس114:4  ‘The God of mankind,  وَہُوَ الَّذِیۡ فِی السَّمَآءِ اِلٰہٌ وَّفِی الۡاَرۡضِ اِلٰہٌ ۚ وَہُوَ الۡحَکِیۡمُ الۡعَلِیۡمُ  سورة الزّخرُف43:85 And He it is Who is God in heaven, and God on earth; and He is the Wise, the All-Knowing.  اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ لَہُ الۡاَسۡمَآءُ الۡحُسۡنٰی  سورة طٰه20:9  Allah — there is no God but He. His are the most beautiful names.  وَاِلٰہُکُمۡ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۖ لَّاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الرَّحۡمٰنُ الرَّحِیۡمُ  سورة البَقَرَة2:164  And your God is One God; there is no God but He, the Gracious, the Merciful.  اَمۡ لَہُمۡ اِلٰہٌ غَیۡرُ اللّٰہِ ۚ سُبۡحٰنَ اللّٰہِ عَمَّا یُشۡرِکُوۡنَ  سورة الطُّور52:44  Have they a God other than Allah? Exalted is Allah above all that which they associate with Him!  مَا اتَّخَذَ اللّٰہُ مِنۡ وَّلَدٍ وَّمَا کَانَ مَعَہٗ مِنۡ اِلٰہٍ ۚ اِذًا لَّذَہَبَ کُلُّ اِلٰہٍۭ بِمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعۡضُہُمۡ عَلٰی بَعۡضٍ ۚ سُبۡحٰنَ اللّٰہِ عَمَّا یَصِفُوۡنَ  سورة المؤمنون23:92  Allah has not taken unto Himself any son, nor is there any other God along with Him; in that case each god would have taken away what he had created, and some of them would surely have dominated over others. Glorified be Allah above all that which they attribute to Him!  اِنَّہُمۡ کَانُوۡۤا اِذَا قِیۡلَ لَہُمۡ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ یَسۡتَکۡبِرُوۡنَ  سورة الصَّافات37:36  For when it was said to them, ‘There is no God but Allah,’ they turned away with disdain,  شَہِدَ اللّٰہُ اَنَّہٗ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ وَالۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃُ وَاُولُوا الۡعِلۡمِ قَآئِمًۢا بِالۡقِسۡطِ ۚ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الۡحَکِیۡمُ  سورة آل عِمرَان3:19  Allah bears witness that there is no God but He — and also do the angels and those possessed of knowledge — Maintainer of justice; there is no God but He, the Mighty, the Wise.  اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الۡحَیُّ الۡقَیُّوۡمُ  سورة آل عِمرَان3:3  Allah is He beside Whom there is no God, the Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining.  اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ رَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡعَظِیۡمِ ۩  سورة النَّمل27:27  ‘Allah! there is no God but He, the Lord of the Mighty Throne.’  قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اَنَا۠ مُنۡذِرٌ ۖ وَّمَا مِنۡ اِلٰہٍ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ الۡوٰحِدُ الۡقَہَّارُ  سورة صٓ38:66  Say, ‘I am only a Warner; and there is no God but Allah, the One, the Most Supreme;  ذٰلِکُمُ اللّٰہُ رَبُّکُمۡ خٰلِقُ کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ لَّاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ فَاَنّٰی تُؤۡفَکُوۡنَ  سورة المؤمن40:63  Such is Allah, your Lord, the Creator of all things. There is no God but He. How then are you turned away?  رَّبُّ الۡمَشۡرِقِ وَالۡمَغۡرِبِ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ فَاتَّخِذۡہُ وَکِیۡلًا  سورة المُزمّل73:10  He is the Lord of the East and the West; there is no God but He; so take Him as thy Guardian.  غَافِرِ الذَّنۡۢبِ وَقَابِلِ التَّوۡبِ شَدِیۡدِ الۡعِقَابِ ذِی الطَّوۡلِ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ اِلَیۡہِ الۡمَصِیۡرُ  سورة المؤمن40:4  The Forgiver of sin and the Acceptor of repentance, Severe in punishment, the Possessor of bounty. There is no God but He. Towards Him is the final return.  ہُوَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ عٰلِمُ الۡغَیۡبِ وَالشَّہٰدَۃِ ۖ ہُوَ الرَّحۡمٰنُ الرَّحِیۡمُ  سورة الحَشر59:23  He is Allah, and there is no God beside Him, the Knower of the unseen and the seen. He is the Gracious, the Merciful.  اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ وَعَلَی اللّٰہِ فَلۡیَتَوَکَّلِ الۡمُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ  سورة التّغَابُن64:14  Allah! there is no God but He; so in Allah let the believers put their trust.  لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ یُحۡیٖ وَیُمِیۡتُ ۖ رَبُّکُمۡ وَرَبُّ اٰبَآئِکُمُ الۡاَوَّلِیۡنَ  سورة الدّخان44:9  There is no God but He. He gives life and He causes death. He is your Lord, and the Lord of your forefathers.  لَّقَدۡ کَفَرَ الَّذِیۡنَ قَالُوۡۤا اِنَّ اللّٰہَ ثَالِثُ ثَلٰثَۃٍ ۘ وَمَا مِنۡ اِلٰہٍ اِلَّاۤ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۚ وَاِنۡ لَّمۡ یَنۡتَہُوۡا عَمَّا یَقُوۡلُوۡنَ لَیَمَسَّنَّ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا مِنۡہُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِیۡمٌ  سورة المَائدة5:74  They are surely disbelievers who say, ‘Allah is the third of three;’ there is no God but the One God. And if they do not desist from what they say, a grievous punishment shall surely befall those of them that disbelieve.  فَاِلَّمۡ یَسۡتَجِیۡبُوۡا لَکُمۡ فَاعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّمَاۤ اُنۡزِلَ بِعِلۡمِ اللّٰہِ وَاَنۡ لَّاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ فَہَلۡ اَنۡتُمۡ مُّسۡلِمُوۡنَ  سورة هُود11:15 And if they do not respond to you, then know that it has been revealed replete with Allah’s knowledge and that there is no God but He. Will you then submit?  اِنَّنِیۡۤ اَنَا اللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا۠ فَاعۡبُدۡنِیۡ وَاَقِمِ الصَّلٰوۃَ لِذِکۡرِیۡۤ  سورة طٰه20:15  ‘Verily, I am Allah; there is no God beside Me. So serve Me, and observe Prayer for My remembrance.  قُلۡ اِنَّمَا یُوۡحٰۤی اِلَیَّ اَنَّمَاۤ اِلٰہُکُمۡ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۖ فَہَلۡ اَنۡتُمۡ مُّسۡلِمُوۡنَ  سورة الاٴنبیَاء21:109  Say, ‘Surely it has been revealed to me that your God is but One God. Will you then submit?’  فَتَعٰلَی اللّٰہُ الۡمَلِکُ الۡحَقُّ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ رَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡکَرِیۡمِ  سورة المؤمنون23:117  Exalted then be Allah, the True King. There is no God but He, the Lord of the Glorious Throne.  اِنَّمَاۤ اِلٰہُکُمُ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ وَسِعَ کُلَّ شَیۡءٍ عِلۡمًا  سورة طٰه20:99  Your God is only Allah, beside Whom there is no God. He embraces all things in his knowledge.  اِلٰہُکُمۡ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۚ فَالَّذِیۡنَ لَا یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِالۡاٰخِرَۃِ قُلُوۡبُہُمۡ مُّنۡکِرَۃٌ وَّہُمۡ مُّسۡتَکۡبِرُوۡنَ  سورة النّحل16:23  Your God is One God. And as to those who believe not in the Hereafter, their hearts are strangers to truth, and they are full of pride.  وَمَاۤ اَرۡسَلۡنَا مِنۡ قَبۡلِکَ مِنۡ رَّسُوۡلٍ اِلَّا نُوۡحِیۡۤ اِلَیۡہِ اَنَّہٗ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا۠ فَاعۡبُدُوۡنِ  سورة الاٴنبیَاء21:26  And We sent no Messenger before thee but We revealed to him, saying, ‘There is no God but I; so worship Me alone.’  ہٰذَا بَلٰغٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَلِیُنۡذَرُوۡا بِہٖ وَلِیَعۡلَمُوۡۤا اَنَّمَا ہُوَ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ وَّلِیَذَّکَّرَ اُولُوا الۡاَلۡبٰبِ  سورة إبراهیم14:53  This is a sufficient admonition for mankind that they may benefit by it, and that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is the only One God, and that those possessed of understanding may ponder.  وَقَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ یٰۤاَیُّہَا الۡمَلَاُ مَا عَلِمۡتُ لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرِیۡ فَاَوۡقِدۡ لِیۡ یٰہٰمٰنُ عَلَی الطِّیۡنِ فَاجۡعَل لِّیۡ صَرۡحًا لَّعَلِّیۡۤ اَطَّلِعُ اِلٰۤی اِلٰہِ مُوۡسٰی وَاِنِّیۡ لَاَظُنُّہٗ مِنَ الۡکٰذِبِیۡنَ  سورة القَصَص28:39  And Pharaoh said, ‘O chiefs, I know of no God for you other than myself; so burn me bricks of clay, O Haman, and build me a tower, that I may have a look at the God of Moses, though I believe him to be one of the liars.’  وَلَقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوۡحًا اِلٰی قَوۡمِہٖ فَقَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗۤ ۖ اَفَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ  سورة المؤمنون23:24  And We did send Noah to his people, and he said, ‘O my people, serve Allah. You have no God other than Him. Will you not then be righteous?’  قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اَنَا۠ بَشَرٌ مِّثۡلُکُمۡ یُوۡحٰۤی اِلَیَّ اَنَّمَاۤ اِلٰہُکُمۡ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ فَاسۡتَقِیۡمُوۡۤا اِلَیۡہِ وَاسۡتَغۡفِرُوۡہُ ۗ وَوَیۡلٌ لِّلۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ  سورة حٰمٓ السجدہ41:7  Say, ‘I am only a man like you. It is revealed to me that your God is One God; so go ye straight to Him without deviating, and ask forgiveness of Him.’ And woe to the idolaters,  ۞ وَقَالَ اللّٰہُ لَا تَتَّخِذُوۡۤا اِلٰہَیۡنِ اثۡنَیۡنِ ۖ اِنَّمَا ہُوَ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۖ فَاِیّٰیَ فَارۡہَبُوۡنِ  سورة النّحل16:52  Allah has said, ‘Take not for worship two gods. There is only One God. So fear Me alone.’  ۞ وَمَنۡ یَّقُلۡ مِنۡہُمۡ اِنِّیۡۤ اِلٰہٌ مِّنۡ دُوۡنِہٖ فَذٰلِکَ نَجۡزِیۡہِ جَہَنَّمَ ۚ کَذٰلِکَ نَجۡزِی الظّٰلِمِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴنبیَاء21:30  And whosoever of them should say, ‘I am a God beside Him,’ him shall We requite with Hell. Thus do We requite the wrongdoers.  اِتَّبِعۡ مَاۤ اُوۡحِیَ اِلَیۡکَ مِنۡ رَّبِّکَ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ وَاَعۡرِضۡ عَنِ الۡمُشۡرِکِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴنعَام6:107 Follow that which has been revealed to thee from thy Lord; there is no God but He; and turn aside from the idolaters.  ہُوَ الَّذِیۡ یُصَوِّرُکُمۡ فِی الۡاَرۡحَامِ کَیۡفَ یَشَآءُ ۚ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الۡحَکِیۡمُ  سورة آل عِمرَان3:7  He it is Who fashions you in the wombs as He wills; there is no God but He, the Mighty, the Wise.  فَاعۡلَمۡ اَنَّہٗ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ وَاسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لِذَنۡۢبِکَ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِیۡنَ وَالۡمُؤۡمِنٰتِ ۗ وَاللّٰہُ یَعۡلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَکُمۡ وَمَثۡوٰٮکُمۡ  سورة محَمَّد47:20  Know, therefore, that there is no God other than Allah, and ask forgiveness for thy frailties, and for believing men and believing women. And Allah knows the place where you move about and the place where you stay.  فَاَرۡسَلۡنَا فِیۡہِمۡ رَسُوۡلًا مِّنۡہُمۡ اَنِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗۤ ۖ اَفَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ  سورة المؤمنون23:33  And We sent among them a Messenger from among themselves who said, ‘Serve Allah. You have no God other than Him. Will you not then fear God?’  ہُوَ الۡحَیُّ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ فَادۡعُوۡہُ مُخۡلِصِیۡنَ لَہُ الدِّیۡنَ ۗ اَلۡحَمۡدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الۡعٰلَمِیۡنَ  سورة المؤمن40:66  He is the Living God. There is no God but He. So pray unto Him, being sincere to Him in religion. All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.  فَاِنۡ تَوَلَّوۡا فَقُلۡ حَسۡبِیَ اللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ عَلَیۡہِ تَوَکَّلۡتُ ۖ وَہُوَ رَبُّ الۡعَرۡشِ الۡعَظِیۡمِ  سورة التّوبَة9:129 But if they turn away, say, ‘Allah is sufficient for me. There is no God but He. In Him do I put my trust, and He is the Lord of the mighty Throne.  وَلَا تَدۡعُ مَعَ اللّٰہِ اِلٰہًا اٰخَرَ ۘ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ کُلُّ شَیۡءٍ ہَالِکٌ اِلَّا وَجۡہَہٗ ۚ لَہُ الۡحُکۡمُ وَاِلَیۡہِ تُرۡجَعُوۡنَ  سورة القَصَص28:89  And call not on any other God beside Allah. There is no God but He. Everything will perish except Himself. His is the judgement, and to Him will you be brought back.  اِنَّ ہٰذَا لَہُوَ الۡقَصَصُ الۡحَقُّ ۚ وَمَا مِنۡ اِلٰہٍ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ ۚ وَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ لَہُوَ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الۡحَکِیۡمُ  سورة آل عِمرَان3:63  This certainly is the true account. There is none worthy of worship save Allah; and surely, it is Allah Who is the Mighty, the Wise.  ذٰلِکُمُ اللّٰہُ رَبُّکُمۡ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ خٰلِقُ کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ فَاعۡبُدُوۡہُ ۚ وَہُوَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیۡءٍ وَّکِیۡلٌ  سورة الاٴنعَام6:103 Such is Allah, your Lord. There is no God but He, the Creator of all things, so worship Him. And He is Guardian over everything.  یُنَزِّلُ الۡمَلٰٓئِکَۃَ بِالرُّوۡحِ مِنۡ اَمۡرِہٖ عَلٰی مَنۡ یَّشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِہٖۤ اَنۡ اَنۡذِرُوۡۤا اَنَّہٗ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاۤ اَنَا۠ فَاتَّقُوۡنِ  سورة النّحل16:3  He sends down the angels with revelation by His command on whomsoever of His servants He pleases saying, ‘Warn people that there is no God but I, so take Me alone for your Protector.’  وَاِلٰی عَادٍ اَخَاہُمۡ ہُوۡدًا ۗ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗۤ ۚ اَفَلَا تَتَّقُوۡنَ  سورة الاٴعرَاف7:66 And unto ‘Ad We sent their brother Hud. He said, ‘O my people, worship Allah; you have no other deity but Him. Will you not then be God-fearing?’  وَہُوَ اللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ لَہُ الۡحَمۡدُ فِی الۡاُوۡلٰی وَالۡاٰخِرَۃِ ۖ وَلَہُ الۡحُکۡمُ وَاِلَیۡہِ تُرۡجَعُوۡنَ  سورة القَصَص28:71  And He is Allah; there is no God but He. To Him belongs all praise in the beginning and the Hereafter. His is the judgment and to Him shall you be brought back.  لَقَدۡ اَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوۡحًا اِلٰی قَوۡمِہٖ فَقَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗۤ اِنِّیۡۤ اَخَافُ عَلَیۡکُمۡ عَذَابَ یَوۡمٍ عَظِیۡمٍ  سورة الاٴعرَاف7:60 We sent Noah to his people and he said, ‘O my people, worship Allah, you have no other God but Him. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of the great day.’  وَلِکُلِّ اُمَّۃٍ جَعَلۡنَا مَنۡسَکًا لِّیَذۡکُرُوا اسۡمَ اللّٰہِ عَلٰی مَا رَزَقَہُمۡ مِّنۡۢ بَہِیۡمَۃِ الۡاَنۡعٰمِ ۗ فَاِلٰہُکُمۡ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ فَلَہٗۤ اَسۡلِمُوۡا ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الۡمُخۡبِتِیۡنَ  سورة الحَجّ22:35  And to every people We appointed rites of sacrifice, that they might mention the name of Allah over the quadrupeds of the class of cattle that He has provided for them. So your God is One God; therefore submit ye all to Him. And give thou glad tidings to the humble,  اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ لَیَجۡمَعَنَّکُمۡ اِلٰی یَوۡمِ الۡقِیٰمَۃِ لَا رَیۡبَ فِیۡہِ ۗ وَمَنۡ اَصۡدَقُ مِنَ اللّٰہِ حَدِیۡثًا  سورة النِّسَاء4:88  Allah is He beside Whom there is none worthy of worship. He will certainly continue to assemble you till the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt. And who is more truthful in his word than Allah?  وَاِلٰی عَادٍ اَخَاہُمۡ ہُوۡدًا ۚ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗۤ ۖ اِنۡ اَنۡتُمۡ اِلَّا مُفۡتَرُوۡنَ  سورة هُود11:51 And to ‘Ad We sent their brother Hud. He said, ‘O my people, worship Allah alone. You have no God beside Him. You are but forgers of lies.  ہُوَ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیۡ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الۡمَلِکُ الۡقُدُّوۡسُ السَّلٰمُ الۡمُؤۡمِنُ الۡمُہَیۡمِنُ الۡعَزِیۡزُ الۡجَبَّارُ الۡمُتَکَبِّرُ ۚ سُبۡحٰنَ اللّٰہِ عَمَّا یُشۡرِکُوۡنَ  سورة الحَشر59:24  He is Allah, and there is no God beside Him, the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace, the Bestower of Security, the Protector, the Mighty, the Subduer, the Exalted. Holy is Allah far above that which they associate with Him.  قُلۡ اَرَءَیۡتُمۡ اِنۡ جَعَلَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیۡکُمُ النَّہَارَ سَرۡمَدًا اِلٰی یَوۡمِ الۡقِیٰمَۃِ مَنۡ اِلٰہٌ غَیۡرُ اللّٰہِ یَاۡتِیۡکُمۡ بِلَیۡلٍ تَسۡکُنُوۡنَ فِیۡہِ ۖ اَفَلَا تُبۡصِرُوۡنَ  سورة القَصَص28:73  Say, ‘Tell me, if Allah make the day continue over you till the Day of Resurrection, what God is there besides Allah who could bring you a night wherein you could rest? Will you not then see?’  یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّاسُ اذۡکُرُوۡا نِعۡمَتَ اللّٰہِ عَلَیۡکُمۡ ۚ ہَلۡ مِنۡ خٰلِقٍ غَیۡرُ اللّٰہِ یَرۡزُقُکُمۡ مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ ۚ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ فَاَنّٰی تُؤۡفَکُوۡنَ  سورة فَاطِر35:4  O ye men, remember the favour of Allah towards you. Is there any Creator other than Allah Who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is none worthy of worship but He. Whither then are you turned away?  ۞ وَاِلٰی ثَمُوۡدَ اَخَاہُمۡ صٰلِحًا ۚ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗ ۖ ہُوَ اَنۡشَاَکُمۡ مِّنَ الۡاَرۡضِ وَاسۡتَعۡمَرَکُمۡ فِیۡہَا فَاسۡتَغۡفِرُوۡہُ ثُمَّ تُوۡبُوۡۤا اِلَیۡہِ ۚ اِنَّ رَبِّیۡ قَرِیۡبٌ مُّجِیۡبٌ  سورة هُود11:62 And to the tribe of Thamud We send their brother Salih. He said, ‘O my people worship Allah; you have no God but Him. He raised you up from the earth, and settled you therein. So ask forgiveness of Him, then turn to Him whole-heartedly. Verily, my Lord is nigh, and answers prayers.’  اِتَّخَذُوۡۤا اَحۡبَارَہُمۡ وَرُہۡبٰنَہُمۡ اَرۡبَابًا مِّنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰہِ وَالۡمَسِیۡحَ ابۡنَ مَرۡیَمَ وَمَاۤ اُمِرُوۡۤا اِلَّا لِیَعۡبُدُوۡۤا اِلٰہًا وّٰحِدًا ۖ لَّاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۚ سُبۡحٰنَہٗ عَمَّا یُشۡرِکُوۡنَ  سورة التّوبَة9:31 They have taken their learned men and their monks for lords beside Allah. And so have they taken the Messiah, son of Mary. And they were not commanded but to worship the One God. There is no God but He. Too Holy is He for what they associate with Him!  قُلۡ اَرَءَیۡتُمۡ اِنۡ جَعَلَ اللّٰہُ عَلَیۡکُمُ الَّیۡلَ سَرۡمَدًا اِلٰی یَوۡمِ الۡقِیٰمَۃِ مَنۡ اِلٰہٌ غَیۡرُ اللّٰہِ یَاۡتِیۡکُمۡ بِضِیَآءٍ ۖ اَفَلَا تَسۡمَعُوۡنَ  سورة القَصَص28:72  Say, ‘Tell me, if Allah make the night continue over you till the Day of Resurrection, what God is there besides Allah who could bring you light? Will you not then hearken?’  ۞ وَجٰوَزۡنَا بِبَنِیۡۤ اِسۡرٰٓءِیۡلَ الۡبَحۡرَ فَاَتۡبَعَہُمۡ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَجُنُوۡدُہٗ بَغۡیًا وَّعَدۡوًا ۖ حَتّٰۤی اِذَاۤ اَدۡرَکَہُ الۡغَرَقُ قَالَ اٰمَنۡتُ اَنَّہٗ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا الَّذِیۡۤ اٰمَنَتۡ بِہٖ بَنُوۡۤا اِسۡرٰٓءِیۡلَ وَاَنَا۠ مِنَ الۡمُسۡلِمِیۡنَ  سورة یُونس10:91 And We brought the children of Israel across the sea; and Pharaoh and his hosts pursued them wrongfully and aggressively, till, when the calamity of drowning overtook him, he said, ‘I believe that there is no God but He in Whom the children of Israel believe, and I am of those who submit to Him.’  قُلۡ اِنَّمَاۤ اَنَا۠ بَشَرٌ مِّثۡلُکُمۡ یُوۡحٰۤی اِلَیَّ اَنَّمَاۤ اِلٰہُکُمۡ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۖ فَمَنۡ کَانَ یَرۡجُوۡا لِقَآءَ رَبِّہٖ فَلۡیَعۡمَلۡ عَمَلًا صٰلِحًا وَّلَا یُشۡرِکۡ بِعِبَادَۃِ رَبِّہٖۤ اَحَدًۢا  سورة الکهف18:111  Say, ‘I am only a man like yourselves; but I have received the revelation that your God is only One God. So let him who hopes to meet his Lord do good deeds, and let him join no one in the worship of his Lord.’  قُلۡ اَرَءَیۡتُمۡ اِنۡ اَخَذَ اللّٰہُ سَمۡعَکُمۡ وَاَبۡصٰرَکُمۡ وَخَتَمَ عَلٰی قُلُوۡبِکُمۡ مَّنۡ اِلٰہٌ غَیۡرُ اللّٰہِ یَاۡتِیۡکُمۡ بِہِ ۗ اُنۡظُرۡ کَیۡفَ نُصَرِّفُ الۡاٰیٰتِ ثُمَّ ہُمۡ یَصۡدِفُوۡنَ  سورة الاٴنعَام6:47 Say, ‘What think ye? If Allah should take away your hearing and your sight, and seal up your hearts, who is the God other than Allah who could bring it back to you?’ See how We vary the Signs, yet they turn away.  قُلۡ یٰۤاَیُّہَا النَّاسُ اِنِّیۡ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰہِ اِلَیۡکُمۡ جَمِیۡعَ ۨا الَّذِیۡ لَہٗ مُلۡکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ یُحۡیٖ وَیُمِیۡتُ ۖ فَاٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ وَرَسُوۡلِہِ النَّبِیِّ الۡاُمِّیِّ الَّذِیۡ یُؤۡمِنُ بِاللّٰہِ وَکَلِمٰتِہٖ وَاتَّبِعُوۡہُ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَہۡتَدُوۡنَ  سورة الاٴعرَاف7:159 Say, ‘O mankind! truly I am a Messenger to you all from Allah to Whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no God but He. He gives life, and He causes death. So believe in Allah and His Messenger, the Prophet, the Immaculate one, who believes in Allah and His words; and follow him that you may be rightly guided.’  اَسۡبٰبَ السَّمٰوٰتِ فَاَطَّلِعَ اِلٰۤی اِلٰہِ مُوۡسٰی وَاِنِّیۡ لَاَظُنُّہٗ کٰذِبًا ۚ وَکَذٰلِکَ زُیِّنَ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ سُوۡٓءُ عَمَلِہٖ وَصُدَّ عَنِ السَّبِیۡلِ ۚ وَمَا کَیۡدُ فِرۡعَوۡنَ اِلَّا فِیۡ تَبَابٍ  سورة المؤمن40:38  ‘The means of approach to the heavens, so that I may have a look at the God of Moses, and I surely think him to be a liar.’ And thus the evil of his doing was made to look fair in the eyes of Pharaoh, and he was turned away from the right path; and the design of Pharaoh ended in nothing but ruin.  ۞ وَاِلٰی مَدۡیَنَ اَخَاہُمۡ شُعَیۡبًا ۚ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗ ۖ وَلَا تَنۡقُصُوا الۡمِکۡیَالَ وَالۡمِیۡزَانَ ۚ اِنِّیۡۤ اَرٰٮکُمۡ بِخَیۡرٍ وَّاِنِّیۡۤ اَخَافُ عَلَیۡکُمۡ عَذَابَ یَوۡمٍ مُّحِیۡطٍ  سورة هُود11:85 And to Midian We sent their brother Shu‘aib. He said, ‘O my people, worship Allah. You have no God other than Him. And give not short measure and short weight. I see you in a state of prosperity and I fear for you the punishment of a destructive day.  وَذَا النُّوۡنِ اِذ ذَّہَبَ مُغٰضِبًا فَظَنَّ اَنۡ لَّنۡ نَّقۡدِرَ عَلَیۡہِ فَنَادٰی فِی الظُّلُمٰتِ اَنۡ لَّاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡتَ سُبۡحٰنَکَ اِنِّیۡ کُنۡتُ مِنَ الظّٰلِمِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴنبیَاء21:88  And remember Dha’l-Nun, when he went away in anger, and he thought that We would never cause him distress and he cried out in depths of darkness, saying, ‘There is no God but Thou, Holy art Thou. I have indeed been of the wrongdoers.’  وَاِلٰی ثَمُوۡدَ اَخَاہُمۡ صٰلِحًا ۗ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗ ۖ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡکُمۡ بَیِّنَۃٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّکُمۡ ۖ ہٰذِہٖ نَاقَۃُ اللّٰہِ لَکُمۡ اٰیَۃً ۖ فَذَرُوۡہَا تَاۡکُلۡ فِیۡۤ اَرۡضِ اللّٰہِ ۖ وَلَا تَمَسُّوۡہَا بِسُوۡٓءٍ فَیَاۡخُذَکُمۡ عَذَابٌ اَلِیۡمٌ  سورة الاٴعرَاف7:74 And to Thamud We sent their brother Salih. He said, ‘O my people, worship Allah; you have no other deity but Him. Verily there has come to you a clear evidence from your Lord — this she-camel of Allah, a Sign for you. So leave her that she may feed in Allah’s earth, and do her no harm, lest a painful punishment seize you.  کَذٰلِکَ اَرۡسَلۡنٰکَ فِیۡۤ اُمَّۃٍ قَدۡ خَلَتۡ مِنۡ قَبۡلِہَاۤ اُمَمٌ لِّتَتۡلُوَا۠ عَلَیۡہِمُ الَّذِیۡۤ اَوۡحَیۡنَاۤ اِلَیۡکَ وَہُمۡ یَکۡفُرُوۡنَ بِالرَّحۡمٰنِ ۚ قُلۡ ہُوَ رَبِّیۡ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ عَلَیۡہِ تَوَکَّلۡتُ وَاِلَیۡہِ مَتَابِ  سورة الرّعد13:31  Thus have We sent thee to a people, before whom other peoples have passed away, that thou mayest recite to them what We have revealed to thee, yet they disbelieve in the Gracious God. Say, ‘He is my Lord; there is no God but He. In Him do I put my trust and towards Him is my return.’  وَاِلٰی مَدۡیَنَ اَخَاہُمۡ شُعَیۡبًا ۗ قَالَ یٰقَوۡمِ اعۡبُدُوا اللّٰہَ مَا لَکُمۡ مِّنۡ اِلٰہٍ غَیۡرُہٗ ۖ قَدۡ جَآءَتۡکُمۡ بَیِّنَۃٌ مِّنۡ رَّبِّکُمۡ ۖ فَاَوۡفُوا الۡکَیۡلَ وَالۡمِیۡزَانَ وَلَا تَبۡخَسُوا النَّاسَ اَشۡیَآءَہُمۡ وَلَا تُفۡسِدُوۡا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ بَعۡدَ اِصۡلٰحِہَا ۚ ذٰلِکُمۡ خَیۡرٌ لَّکُمۡ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِیۡنَ  سورة الاٴعرَاف7:86 And to Midian We sent their brother Shu‘aib. He said, ‘O my people, worship Allah; you have no other deity but Him. A clear Sign has indeed come to you from your Lord. So give full measure and full weight, and diminish not unto people their things, and create not disorder in the earth after it has been set in order. This is better for you, if you are believers.  یٰۤاَہۡلَ الۡکِتٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُوۡا فِیۡ دِیۡنِکُمۡ وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا عَلَی اللّٰہِ اِلَّا الۡحَقَّ ۚ اِنَّمَا الۡمَسِیۡحُ عِیۡسَی ابۡنُ مَرۡیَمَ رَسُوۡلُ اللّٰہِ وَکَلِمَتُہٗۤ اَلۡقٰٮہَاۤ اِلٰی مَرۡیَمَ وَرُوۡحٌ مِّنۡہُ ۖ فَاٰمِنُوۡا بِاللّٰہِ وَرُسُلِہٖ ۖ وَلَا تَقُوۡلُوۡا ثَلٰثَۃٌ ۚ اِنۡتَہُوۡا خَیۡرًا لَّکُمۡ ۚ اِنَّمَا اللّٰہُ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ ۖ سُبۡحٰنَہٗۤ اَنۡ یَّکُوۡنَ لَہٗ وَلَدٌ ۘ لَّہٗ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ ۗ وَکَفٰی بِاللّٰہِ وَکِیۡلًا  سورة النِّسَاء4:172  O People of the Book, exceed not the limits in your religion, and say not of Allah anything but the truth. Verily, the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was only a Messenger of Allah and a fulfilment of His word which He sent down to Mary, and a mercy from Him. So believe in Allah and His Messengers, and say not ‘They are three.’ Desist, it will be better for you. Verily, Allah is the only One God. Far is it from His Holiness that He should have a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth. And sufficient is Allah as a Guardian.  قُلۡ اَیُّ شَیۡءٍ اَکۡبَرُ شَہٰدَۃً ۖ قُلِ اللّٰہُ ۖ شَہِیۡدٌۢ بَیۡنِیۡ وَبَیۡنَکُمۡ ۚ وَاُوۡحِیَ اِلَیَّ ہٰذَا الۡقُرۡاٰنُ لِاُنۡذِرَکُمۡ بِہٖ وَمَنۡۢ بَلَغَ ۚ اَئِنَّکُمۡ لَتَشۡہَدُوۡنَ اَنَّ مَعَ اللّٰہِ اٰلِہَۃً اُخۡرٰی ۚ قُل لَّاۤ اَشۡہَدُ ۚ قُلۡ اِنَّمَا ہُوَ اِلٰہٌ وّٰحِدٌ وَّاِنَّنِیۡ بَرِیۡٓءٌ مِّمَّا تُشۡرِکُوۡنَ  سورة الاٴنعَام6:20 Say, ‘What thing is most weighty as a witness?’ Say, ‘Allah is a Witness between me and you. And this Qur’an has been revealed to me so that with it I may warn you and whomsoever it reaches. What! do you really bear witness that there are other gods beside Allah?’ Say, ‘I bear not witness thereto.’ Say, ‘He is the One God, and certainly I am far removed from that which you associate with Him.’  خَلَقَکُمۡ مِّنۡ نَّفۡسٍ وّٰحِدَۃٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنۡہَا زَوۡجَہَا وَاَنۡزَلَ لَکُمۡ مِّنَ الۡاَنۡعٰمِ ثَمٰنِیَۃَ اَزۡوٰجٍ ۚ یَخۡلُقُکُمۡ فِیۡ بُطُوۡنِ اُمَّہٰتِکُمۡ خَلۡقًا مِّنۡۢ بَعۡدِ خَلۡقٍ فِیۡ ظُلُمٰتٍ ثَلٰثٍ ۚ ذٰلِکُمُ اللّٰہُ رَبُّکُمۡ لَہُ الۡمُلۡکُ ۖ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ ۖ فَاَنّٰی تُصۡرَفُوۡنَ  سورة الزُّمَر39:7  He created you from a single being; then from that He made its mate; and He has sent down for you eight head of cattle in pairs. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, in threefold darkness. This is Allah, your Lord. His is the kingdom. There is no God but He. Whither then are you being turned away?  اَللّٰہُ لَاۤ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ہُوَ الۡحَیُّ الۡقَیُّوۡمُ ۚ لَا تَاۡخُذُہٗ سِنَۃٌ وَّلَا نَوۡمٌ ۚ لَّہٗ مَا فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ ۗ مَنۡ ذَا الَّذِیۡ یَشۡفَعُ عِنۡدَہٗۤ اِلَّا بِاِذۡنِہٖ ۚ یَعۡلَمُ مَا بَیۡنَ اَیۡدِیۡہِمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَہُمۡ ۖ وَلَا یُحِیۡطُوۡنَ بِشَیۡءٍ مِّنۡ عِلۡمِہٖۤ اِلَّا بِمَا شَآءَ ۚ وَسِعَ کُرۡسِیُّہُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضَ ۖ وَلَا یَـُٔوۡدُہٗ حِفۡظُہُمَا ۚ وَہُوَ الۡعَلِیُّ الۡعَظِیۡمُ  سورة البَقَرَة2:256  Allah — there is no God but He, the Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining. Slumber seizes Him not, nor sleep. To Him belongs whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that will intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them; and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He pleases. His knowledge extends over the heavens and the earth; and the care of them burdens Him not; and He is the High, the Great.
