Do the Muslims Believe in Jesus (pbuh) and his Second Coming?
1 Answer
Of course All Musilims believe in Prophet Isa (Jesus) (A.S). He was aProphet of Allah Almighty who invited people of his time to come to Allah Almighty, accept His word, believe in Him and live their lives according to His orders. Prophet Isa was awarded some of the most peculiar miracles by Allah Almighty. he could give life to birds made from sand, cure people with a disease (that I do not know what to call in English but) that was very fatal and he could even give life to the dead. It is however, to be noted that his miracles like giving life to birds and the dead were just to show the people that he was a true Prophet of Allah Almighty and was there to show them the right path. The birds and the reborn would die after a short amount of time showing that it is Allah Almighty who does everything. All Muslims are required to believe in Isa (A.S). However, Isa (A.S) was not the son of Allah as he stated himself and as it is stated in the Holy Qur'an by Allah Almighty. EDIT: I am sorry I forgot to mention his second coming. YES, Isa (A.S) will come back before the judgement day. But this time, he will not come as a Prophet of Allah Almighty; he will come back as an ummati of the last Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) to help the Muslims fight against all persecutions of that time.
